You read that right. The firm hasn’t changed — we’ve got the same seasoned team working alongside our clients to generate leads, ignite growth and increase sales revenue — but we do have a new name: ResultsIQ.

We’re proud of our heritage. Since 2007, we have built a world-class digital firm made up of sales, marketing and technology experts. We were also one of the first marketing agencies to see the value and potential of HubSpot, which was why we bet big on the young company and became partner No. 14. Our vision for how marketing would evolve, the importance of content, and the role of technology in enabling lead generation and accelerating sales formed the foundation for the firm we are today.

Ultimately, our clients hire us because they want to increase revenue and accelerate growth. And while marketing is a vital piece of the puzzle, it’s not the only piece. Our team knows how to build effective marketing assets and campaigns, of course, but our expertise encompasses the entire customer journey. We don’t stop at unearthing great prospects. After all, if sales can’t convert the hundreds of qualified leads that a great marketing campaign generates, what’s the point? If service can’t efficiently solve customer problems, the company will soon find itself scrambling to win new clients to replace customers that it should have retained. After all, it’s well known that it’s much more expensive to win a new customer than it is to retain one, and according to a landmark study from Bain & Co., improving retention rates by just 5% can increase profits by anywhere from 25% to 95%. All of these functions must work together to achieve growth. 

We needed a new name to better represent the full spectrum of what we deliver to our clients. While we began as digital marketing experts—a foundation that remains central to our identity—we have expanded our focus to encompass the entire customer journey. By aligning marketing, sales, and service through advanced technology like HubSpot, we can provide a seamless approach to driving growth.

 

Our new name, ResultsIQ, captures the essence of our mission: to deliver measurable, growth-driven results that consistently exceed expectations. Through the power of intelligent, data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology, we empower our clients to achieve their goals with greater efficiency to produce a larger impact. This name reflects our unwavering commitment to innovation, precision, and a forward-thinking strategy, ensuring that every solution we provide is grounded in deep expertise and designed to drive meaningful success.

But enough introductions. Let’s answer some questions that we suspect some of you may have:

Does the new name reflect a change in the firm’s focus?

No. In fact, the new name better reflects the broad set of marketing and sales services that we already offer, all of which aim squarely at accelerating revenue generation and growth. We cover the entire customer journey, from lead generation (marketing) and customer acquisition (sales) all the way through to retention (service). ResultsIQ connects these functions, which are typically separate organizations within a company, to eliminate silos so they work together seamlessly to fuel faster growth. We’re the same flexible, one-stop-shop that works like an extension of your own team.

Was the firm purchased by another company?

Our president and CEO, Oscar Jaramillo, owned ResultsIQ prior to the name change, and he remains the sole owner today.

Will the company retain its close relationship with HubSpot?

Our partnership with HubSpot is stronger than ever. In fact, we’ll have some news on that front very soon — stay tuned. We remain convinced that HubSpot is the best sales, marketing and service platform out there today, in no small part because all of the different parts — their Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations Hubs — were all developed in-house and integrate seamlessly to form a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. 

What’s next for ResultsIQ?

Our most important goal is to continue providing world-class strategic services focused on the customer journey to our current clients. We only succeed when our clients succeed, and we will continue to serve the startup to mid-sized businesses that have been the foundation of our business since the beginning. As we grow, however, we will also begin serving larger enterprises, which will compliment our current client base.
